Terms and Conditions
1. The advertiser warrants and represents that the advertisement, including photographs or other matter supplied to the publisher in connection therewith, complies with the Sales of Goods Act and shall not be obscene, indecent, libellous or defamatory, or contain any matter which infringes upon copyright constitutes an invasion of the rights of privacy, is violative of rights of privacy, is violative of any third party or is otherwise unlawful. The advertiser shall indemnify and promptly reimburse Martial Arts Ltd (including its officers, agents and representatives) and any of its customers, upon demand, from and against any losses, damages, judgements, expeditures, suits, demands, claims and expenses, including but not limited to Counsel's fees, legal expenses and any other costs reasonably incurred by them or any of them (save to the extent that the same are recovered from any other party) in defending or settling any claim or civil or criminal proceedings against them or any of them arising out of or resulting from the distribution and publication of the advertisement which is grounded upon a breach or an alleged breach of thefore going warranties and representations.
2. Accounts are payable in full within 30 days of invoice. If an account is overdue the Publisher reserves the right to a) suspend future insertions; b) add a 50% surcharge.
3. All copy is subject to the approval of the Martial Arts Ltd and must comply with the Trade Description Act 1968 and the British Code of Advertising Practise. The Publisher reserves the right of non-acceptance of any advertisement at any time for any cause whatsoever.
4. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse magazine advert cancellations unless they are received not less than 10 weeks before printing.
5. Payment with artwork requested for all display advertisers. Display adverts may not be accepted unless a booking form is returned.
6. Martial Arts Ltd reserves the right to removed any horse for sale advert deemed inappropriate.
