When will I receive my first issue?
If you subscribe from the current issue your first issue will be sent within 3 working days (UK) or 5 working days (overseas). If you subscribe from a future issue you will receive it on or just before the on sale date.

When will I receive my free gift?
Free gifts are sent out separately to your first issue and usually within 3 working days (UK) and 5 working days (overseas) via registered post. The only exception to this is if we are awaiting new stock of the gift.

What name will appear on my bank statement?
If you ordered something from our website the account name will appear as Paypal – Martial Arts. If you ordered something through the post or over the phone it will appear as Martial Arts Ltd.

When should I receive my next issue?
You can view all the on sale dates for future issues in your subscription by going to your account page. All issues are sent out up to 5 working days before this.

Paypal have sent me a cancelled subscription e-mail. What does this mean?
This means that your subscription is no longer classed as recurring. You will continue to receive issues until your final one when you will have to make a payment manually to extend your subscription.

Will I receive a renewal notification at the end of my subscription?
Yes, an e-mail will be sent just prior to your final issue being sent out with instruction on how to renew your subscription.
