Breeches and Boots Behind the Bar!

On Friday 2nd of December the ladies of Ardeley village will hold a fund raising event with a twist! Despite having no bar experience, these girls intend to take over the reins of the Jolly Waggoner Public House wearing their breeches, riding boots and spurs (whilst brandishing whips to keep the guests at bay!) in aid of Bob Champion Cancer Trust. Bob is a well known figure amongst the equine world after he overcame Cancer to win the Grand National, his charity does amazing work for male cancer research. Samantha Noble said "It started off as a joke which seemed to quickly sprout wings! We are very grateful to The Jolly Waggoner for allowing us to hold this event and for donating a percentage of their profits to the Bob Champion Cancer Trust."
